What the Church Teaches
The teaching of the church is not a class room experience but rather about lessons that will help us with life. For this reason Christians use the makers manual, the bible, as their text book for all teaching.
The church teaches positive relationships, that include loyalty, compassion, honesty, respect and understanding. While these values are not the exclusively Christian they are at the heart of all truly Christian Teaching.
The church trains leadership and helps people reach their potential as a person. We hold training days for this purpose and work with other churches and organisations in the provision of the training.
What we believe
What we believe is important because it has a direct relationship to and influence over what we do.
We pray because we believe that God hears and answers our prayers. We forgive others because we believe that God in his mercy has forgiven us of so much more. I could go on but I think you would agree that what we believe affects our whole life and that one belief by necessity affects other beliefs. We do not believe anything in isolation.
