Women's World Day of Prayer
The theme “Let Justice Prevail” echoes the present-day concerns of the unjust actions endured even today, especially by women who are discriminated against in the fields of education and employment.
The churches of Watton came together in a service written by the women of Malaysia. There was a procession of candles of many different colours that represented the diversity of Malaysia.
The candles showed that we are all equal in God's eyes
The women and men who attended the service had the opportunity to sample Malaysia food after the service. Everyone enjoyed our time together and were pleased to participate.
